The Indian Springs Resort (Rally HQ) is ready to start taking your reservations (303-567-1303). The rooms are 15% off the web site rates please mention the VOC rate. If you book online they will work the rate out when you check in. The older resort building rooms only have half bath's, (showers in the hot spring) so confirm your setup when booking. The Hotel has 68 rooms and 20 RV parking spots and some camp sites. I already have 95 E-mails asking about the rally. The two other hotels on the list are within walking distance.
If you are coming from overseas, flights into Denver might fill up quickly
as there is a large convention on in Denver August 25-30th.
We will be able to take overseas wire transfer for your Entry Fees,
but there is a $11 fee to do this on our end. E-mail us if you need
to do this.
The entry fee is $100 per person which gives you three meals, rally
pin, tee-shirt, and entry in to the park for the launching of H.M.S. Amanda.
I have been asked about the dates, Why Sunday 24th - Friday 29th, well
here goes..
Starting on Friday 29th there is the Davenport Swap meet (one day's
drive from Colorado),
Starting on Friday 29th is the Rocky Mountain Concours d'Elegance at
the Broadmoor Hotel down in Colorado Springs at which Vincent is the Marque
Bike this year. (2 hours)
The BUB meet at Bonneville might start August 31st. (one long
days drive)
The other Bonneville Speed meet should end on August 23rd (one long
days drive).
Also you can leave both the East and West coast and be here in 2 long
days.
And there are only 2 people here putting this event on, so it might
take a little time to answer any e-mail's
